License Agreement

License Grant

Upon purchasing a product from BlockForge Studio, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for content creation purposes.

Scope of Use

Your license permits the following uses:

• Use on your personal Minecraft server(s)
• Use in YouTube videos, livestreams, and other content you create
• Adaptation of configuration files for your own server setup
• Use by members of your own server or production team

Restrictions

The following uses are strictly prohibited under this license:

• Reselling or redistributing the product or any part of it
• Sharing files with other creators or server owners
• Publishing the product on any public marketplace or repository
• Claiming authorship or ownership of the product
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or modifying the source code
• Using the product on behalf of a third-party client without written consent

License Key

Each purchase comes with a unique license key. This key confirms your ownership and is required to activate the product. Do not share your license key. Loss or misuse of the key is your responsibility.

Updates & Support

Your license includes access to updates released for the product version you purchased. Major version updates may require a separate purchase. Support is provided via Discord as described in the Terms of Service.

Duration

This license is perpetual – it does not expire. However, BlockForge Studio reserves the right to revoke the license in the event of a breach of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All products, assets, code, and content remain the intellectual property of BlockForge Studio. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the product.

Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of the product and delete all copies.

Disclaimer

The product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. BlockForge Studio makes no guarantees regarding compatibility with specific server versions or configurations.
