SUPERPAN

Superpan adds Superpan as a special food item with a custom hunger mechanic. One version drains your hunger bar every 25 seconds if you haven't eaten Superpan in the last 10 minutes — eat one and the drain stops for another 10. The other version is more punishing: you spawn with a permanent Hunger X effect, and the only counter is Superpan, which replaces it with a "Well Fed" effect for 5 minutes before the cycle starts again. Great for custom food challenge videos or survival series with a twist.
